Protecting your privacy
Acrinex B.V., hereinafter “Acrinex”, takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We therefore treat your personal data confidentially and with the greatest possible care. This privacy statement applies to all personal data collected and used by Acrinex. This concerns customer data provided by you, but also, for example, data about visits to our website, registrations for newsletters, participation in campaigns or promotions, and data used in our consultancy assignments. Acrinex will only use your data if you give permission or if Acrinex needs your data to provide products or services to you or if this has already happened. Acrinex processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. This includes the following data; First and last name, Gender, Date of birth, Place of birth, Address details, Telephone number, E-mail address, Bank account number.

We do not collect any special personal data, such as data regarding race or ethnic background, religion, criminal record, physical and mental health, or sexual orientation of visitors. If necessary, we will ask for your explicit permission for the collection and use of such data.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Acrinex processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or mailings
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services

Automated decision making

How long we keep personal data
Acrinex does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following categories:
- Event registrations: up to 12 months after the event ends
Reason: event registration and sending information afterwards - Contact forms: up to 12 months after submitting the form
Reason: contacting us about the form and sending information afterwards - Job Application forms: up to 3 months after submission of the form
Reason: necessary information for the job application process
Sharing personal data with third parties
Acrinex does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Acrinex remains responsible for these processing operations.
Child Privacy Protection
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
